Flexible Room Space
A range of room sizes and venue layouts, from our 200 seat auditorium for large events & conferences, to medium and smaller size meeting rooms means our venue can cater for almost any event.
Breakout Rooms
Our venue has a range of smaller rooms adjacent to our large auditorium, which are ideal for hosting discussion groups and additional meetings for your event. We also have a Lower Lounge for networking groups and gatherings.
Audio Visual Facilities
Our auditorium is equipped with a full audio visual suite and two large projection screens. All other rooms have large wall-mounted flat screens for all your presentation needs. We also offer free unlimited wi-fi access for you and your event guests.
On-Site Catering
We can provide a wide range of food and drinks to suit your event and budget. Our venue catering team allows your delegates to stay on site maximising your event potential.

Fully Accessible Site
Our venue is all on one level with access ramps and wide doors & corridors. All our toilets are unisex and we have additional accessible toilets. We also have a personal hearing loop system in the main auditorium.

“We have used Riverside on many occasions for meetings, training, and conferences. The venue is lovely, all rooms are great sizes, and the auditorium is brilliant for holding large conferences.
The location is a great central meeting point in Kent, with easy parking due to the large car park and surrounding parking. All on sites facilities are outstanding and the venue is very clean. All staff are wonderful, friendly, and very supportive. Booking the venue and refreshments is very easy, we have always received a very high service. They are very supportive and accommodating to your requirements.
